The process control adjusts and checks the pressure of the mattress automatically
via the patient’s weight up to 160 kg – input by the user.
The cycle time can also be varied.

The 3-chamber system provides a support pressure relief up to 62 %
with partial zero pressure. In order to provide a better lying comfort,
the 3 head cells are statical.

The HICO-DECUBIMAT 380 contains a big cell mattress and every
single cell can be replaced. The material is kind to the skin and pervious
to air. A CPR-valve provides for the quick deflation of the cells.

The HICO-DECUBIMAT 380 provides a transportation mode. This fills
all cells of the mattress up to the right pressure and thus guarantees a
soft lying. After switching off the device, the pressure in the mattress
remains constant. The patient can be transported with his bed, mattress
and unit.
Furthermore, the unit is equipped with a keyboard stop which impedes
unintentional changes of the adjustments.
The user is informed about the state of mattress and unit from the displays
at any time.

The HICO-bacteria filter provides for a long lasting service life. It protects
the system from contamination and can be replaced at any time.

Indication
The HICO-DECUBIMAT 380 serves the prophylaxis and therapy of decubitus
Stage 1–3 according to SEILER/NORTON in the case of bedridden
patients and offers highest comfort by the 3-chamber system.
Care and maintenance
The mattress cover can be cleaned by machine and autoclaved at 121°C.
Every single cell can be replaced as well as washed and disinfected.
